Money-Back Guarantee Policy

We want you to love your fragrance oil impressions! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee with the following conditions to ensure fairness.

Our money-back guarantee only applies to fragrance oils and explicitly excludes Personal Care and Wellbeing products and Power Blends.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • The money-back guarantee applies only to fragrance oil impressions purchased directly from our official website (www.oil-craft.com).
  • Requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery.
  • Customers are limited to one (1) money-back opportunity per order to prevent misuse.
  • Limited to five (5) money-back opportunities per customer.
  • Returned products must have a minimum of 80% content remaining.
  • Restrict returns if a customer has returned more than 50% of past orders

2. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

·       - Personal Care and Wellbeing products and Power Blends.

·      -  Gift Cards.

·       - Sample sizes, discovery sets, gift sets, or any non-fragrance impression products.

·       - Sale, promotional, or discounted items.

·      -  Fragrances damaged due to improper storage or use.

·       - Orders placed outside our official website (www.oil-craft.com).

      - Customers who have returned more than 50% of their total purchases will no longer be eligible for money-back refunds.

3. Refund Process & Conditions

  • Customers must submit a refund request via hello@oil-craft.com with the order number and reason for return.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping (orders over AED 185/$50), the refund will have the following deductions:
    • Local UAE orders: AED 45 will be deducted from the refund.
    • International orders: AED 80 will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the original order did not qualify for free shipping (orders under AED 185/$50), the refund will be for product value only, excluding the shipping cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the refund approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. Return the product (for UAE orders, shipping is at the customer's expense)
