Returns Policy
At Oil Craft, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
Return Conditions
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. Returns are only accepted for products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Process for Returning Your Item
- Contact Us: Before returning your product, please contact us at hello@oil-craft.com . We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@oil-craft.com for exchange instructions.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Oil Craft is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Stolen or Missing Products
Oil Craft is not responsible for stolen or missing products where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered. We encourage customers to provide a secure delivery location.
International Returns
For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before making a return.
